The Diploma in Administrative Management aims to equip learners with sound knowledge of administrative procedures, policies and knowledge of how to succeed in administration. It assumes no prior knowledge of Business Studies therefore it provides an all-encompassing knowledge of financial operations, management behaviour, designing administrative information systems and customer service skills. These units have been designed to provide learners with the knowledge of how to apply themselves in work, and be able to know how to progress their careers in administrative management.
Assessment is through practical assignments, with no exams – to more accurately reflect the real working environment.
Level 4 Diploma in Administrative Management consists of:
- Designing Administrative Information Systems
- Management Behaviour
- Financial Analysis
- Customer Service Skills for Administrators
The minimum age to register for this programme is 18. Prospective students should note that the following entrance qualifications are required for those wishing to undertake this programme:
- A level (or equivalent) or
- Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or
- Mature applicant with GCSE (or equivalent) and work experience and
- IELTS 4.0 or CEFR level B1 (if applicable)
