Innolearn Launches DSA approved certificate in Safe Road Skills and Attitudes
Having difficulties passing your driving theory test?
This qualifications has been developed in collaboration with the Driving Standards Agency, with the aim of educating road users and changing their attitudes – including building a sense of personal responsibility and promoting mature attitudes to risk and safety issues. The qualifications therefore are not only suitable for car drivers but also benefit other road users from pedestrians to horse riders.
They will also seek to inform young people on safe road use before they start driving. Learners who achieve the Certificate in Level 1 Safe Road Skills and Attitudes will also be eligible to take the DSA Abridged Theory Test (once they reach the required age).
Completion of the Level 1 Certificate in Safe Road Skills & Attitudes entitles learners to sit the DSA Abriged Theory Test if passed within three years of certification. They will also benefit from a reduced fee for the test.
You can take an ‘abridged’ car theory test if you’re learning to drive and have a Safe Road User Award. You’ll only have to answer 35 multiple questions instead of the usual 50. The pass mark is 30.You’ll still be tested on 14 additional hazard perception clips.

Innolearn will prepare you for the whole theory test and not just work towards getting through the shorter version of the test. Our 1 week intensive training program will ensure you get through the full theory test.
